The SleepTalk Process

The SleepTalk® Goulding Process is simple and easily applied.

As a SleepTalk® parent u will be taught how to reach your child’s subconscious mind and present encouraging and empowering messages. These messages are delivered during a specific stage of the sleep cycle when the child’s mind is most receptive to input. The whole Process takes just two minutes.

If you are consistent and dedicated you will be sure to experience significant improvement in whatever issues your child is facing, and/or significant growth and development. The Goulding Process – SleepTalk® is as effective in today’s variety of family structures as it is in traditional father/mother parent situations.

Thousands of children around the world have benefited from this simple process. Undertaking The Goulding Process – SleepTalk® with a first child supports parents in setting up a successful family dynamic as more children join the family.

SleepTalk® is a  therapy that supports parents help their children deal with the world. The sleep talk therapy helps manage children’s behaviour as they develop from being an infant to a toddler and through other difficult moments in childhood. SleepTalk supports children within the family environment; outside the home with other children and adults, and, during educational learning at kinder and through school.

SleepTalk® shows parents how to help your child or children with their issues so the child or children can be positive, confident and secure.

SleepTalk® works for parents who have children from 18 months – 13 years, however SleepTalk® works with babies and older children from 13 – 16 years old… or even when in the womb! The new research suggests that babies began to absorb language when they are inside the womb during the last 10 weeks of pregnancy — which is earlier than previously held. Newborns can actually tell the difference between their mother’s native tongue and foreign languages just hours after they are born.

What Parents Say

I am very embarrassed to be writing to you, so long after I completed the SleepTalk course with you. If you remember, at the time I was pregnant and had a 6 year old boy named “A” and and a 4 year old girl named “S”. I now also have a gorgeous 1 year old baby girl named “0”. I really wanted to let you know how fabulous your course has been for our family. My older children are so much more confident and resilient (“S” often says – “it is getting better and better,” with a huge smile on her face!)

“A” is feeling far more relaxed and has a more positive “can-do” approach to life.

Perhaps the most obvious and remarkable thing of all is the reaction that baby “0” has to the SleepTalk words.

When she was only a few months old, I tried to put her down into her cot without cuddling her to sleep, and this change caused her to cry and become quite distressed. After rubbing her back and trying to sing (without much success,) I started to softly repeat the SleepTalk sentences. Even through her now piercing screams, the words and the tone of my voice obviously struck a distinct memory within her – as I had begun the SleepTalk process when I was three months pregnant with her.

The crying immediately stopped and she swivelled her head towards me and gazed up in wonder. I really have never seen anything like it. I kept repeating the sentences over and over until she calmly got herself off to sleep! Since then I have been using the SleepTalk method with her and she truly is the most happy, contented and calm little baby.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for all your faith, efforts and commitment to this work – it truly is miraculous. Best wishes to you both and thanks again, “N”

Since starting the SleepTalk® process, the whole family has noticed an improvement in my son’s behaviour. It is hard to believe that with so little time and effort our daily lives have improved so much. My son is a much calmer boy now and has less tantrums, in fact it is now a rare occurrence that we have to send him to his room for time out (it used to be a couple of times a day at weekends). It is also a lovely time for me to go into his room at night and whisper to him which is a nice end to the day regardless of it being a good day or not. He is definitely waking up ‘bright and happy’ these days – we love it!

My children have become calm again and the household is happier, thank you for giving me back my child.

I have been presenting the SleepTalk® with my son who is 9 yrs of age for 6 months and I have a new boy! He’s back to being my loving, caring and helpful son who has found his self-esteem and self-worth again. I am so proud of him and a huge believer in the SleepTalk® miracle. It is amazing. Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou!!!”

Initially I didn’t think SleepTalk® would have the potential to work on my 3 year old daughter; however after trying the technique I found my 3 year old to be calmer and more settled with her bedtime routine. The SleepTalk® process was very easy to follow and manage. It has been a worthwhile contribution to my daughter’s very healthy sleeping routine

We have been continuing doing our SleepTalk® and have observed some pretty great developments with ‘N’ which are more obvious since his return to school. He seems to have acquired a whole new work ethic and is participating in school work activities and seems to be generalizing this knowledge outside of his school environment and is even doing some academic work ‘just for fun’! Oh My Goodness, I am so very thrilled about this!
