My professional career has been spent trying to find the best ways possible to help families overcome challenges and live life to the full.

Child development has been a particular interest throughout my career, which is why I work with and endorse the Goulding SleepTalk™ process.

As well as being a certified SleepTalk™ consultant, I am a fully qualified and practising psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. My professional governing body memberships include CHM-Society of Holistic Practitioners. I also have an Enhanced CRB check.

Since becoming a certified SleepTalk™ consultant in 2009, up until June 2011, I have helped 25 parents with the talking therapy process.
